The history of Glavakis Nurseries begins in 1928, when Georgios Glavakis started producing grapevine plants.
The story continues in 1976 with agronomist Ioannis Glavakis, who introduced innovations to Greek fruit tree cultivation and made the name of our nurseries synonymous with reliability, pioneering spirit and consistency in the field of propagation material.

Committed to advancing our activities toward innovation, we have established a dedicated department within the company focused on research, development and innovation (R&D&I).
The result of this activity by the Research and Development department is a collection of clonal selections of fruit trees, aromatic and medicinal plants, small fruit plants and other underutilized crops.
